Sakya Dechen Ling is the home of Her Eminence Jetsun Kushok's teachings in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her Eminence visits at least once a year to bestow teachings. Practice sessions and events are offered throughout the year under the guidance of our practice director, Jay Goldberg. Sakya Dechen Ling, "Sakya Place of Great Joy", hopes to preserve Vajrayana Teachings within the Sakya Tradtition of Tibetan Buddhism.
